Whisk 1tbsp. #dijonmustard , 2 tbsp. #maplesyrup , 1tbsp #worcestershire & 1/2 tbsp #garlic powder, 3 tbsp melted #butter & season with #groundpepper . Cut celery, carrots and onion in separate bowl, with 1 tbsp extra virgin #oliveoil , 1 tbsp #sage , 1 tbsp #rosemary , 1 tbsp #thyme & mix. Place veggies in castiron, center cabbage and add whisked maple dijon sauce 1/2 over cabbage & add 1/2 cup vegetarian #broth and cover/cook 45min Remove foil and brush remaining sauce, add additional broth and uncovered cook additional 45min. I made #shiitake #mushroom vegan gravy to put over quarters to serve.
