I’m starting my own 6 week challenge tomorrow! I’m posting this to hold myself accountable! I will take before and after pics and measurements. I’ve been gaining a bit a muscle so my weight so to say is at a steady. I want to challenge myself to start to drop some numbers but still keep and gain more muscle! So here is to my own 6 week challenge! I will be eating clean this whole time! No dairy and pastas etc so here we go! 6 weeks ago I was tired all the time, no energy whatsoever, cranky/moody, clothes didn’t fit comfortably, bloated all the time, bad physical condition, binge eater, not really happy with my appearance, I’ll be having sugar cravings all the time, addicted to food, hormones all over the place, hungry all the time even thought I just had eaten.. and the list goes on.

Now the most important of all I’m Happier, I’m also more energetic, less stressed, clothes are fitting better, hormones are balancing , haven’t gotten bloated as often, I’m not binge eating  no more Sugar Cravings, or crazy cravings like I use to, my physical performance has improved so much, no more binge eating ‍️, I feel more confident, my self-stem has improved a ton & I’ve learned what really Self Love is  So much improvement & so many victories accomplished I’m not giving up & never going Back!

I know numbers don’t compare to the awesome results I’ve gotten but I’m down 12 lbs, 2 pants sizes  All of this just by giving myself some time to Working out in my living room 20 mins a day, 6 days a week for 6 weeks  & most importantly following my Portion Control Nutrition Program! & can’t forget about My accountability Group always supporting & helping each other virtually! -

I have a confession. I'm up 8 lbs since May of last year. I worked really hard to lose some extra weight for my daughter's wedding and I've managed to gain most of it back. Why? Because, life. No excuses.

I've kept up my workouts but I've slacked big time on my nutrition and it shows. Not only on the scale but in how I feel overall. 
Sugar has crept back into my life in a big way and the stress of being successful in business has me eating my emotions (which are all good emotions by the way!). Sooooo...I need to get back on track, start eating right and being an example to my tribe. And, I need accountability. That said, I'm going to offer one of my 6-week programs for a STEAL and run a special private group starting Monday. Yes, I said Monday. Training when sick.. 🤒
So the general rule here is - if the sickness resides above the neck, you are okay to train. If it’s anywhere below, give training a miss!
But of course there are always exceptions to this…
If you feel like you are at deaths door with a head cold, please stay home!
Or, if you think a gentle workout will help you feel better, then go for it.
Personally, I just can’t stay inactive for too long - I start to get anxious. So for me, I like to push through if I can. But I’d never then force myself to complete an intense heavy weights session, or HIIT. I’ll modify to what I can do and want to do.
So my second general rule is - only do what your body wants and will allow you to do.
Remember, our health is our wealth.

Everyone’s fitness journey and the reason they do it is different. Every time I would say I’m working out people tell me “for what you’re already skinny” as if fitness is just about losing weight. For as long as I can remember I’ve always had trouble gaining weight and maintaining it. I thought after birthing my second child I’d blow up, or at least keep some “baby weight” but that didn’t happen. Aside from my usual house work I’d sit most of the day and feel sluggish and tired throughout the day and I was left with a pouch that made me look pregnant after eating or when bloated My main goal is to gain weight (which I have slowly) and to have energy to keep up with my girls cause they have non-stop energy. Since the beginning of Feb I started working out using only weights and resistance bands, no cardio. I started with a weight of 84lbs (crazy as it sounds yes 84lbs!) and I’m at 92.2lbs as of last week. May not seem like I’ve gained anything as my body seems slimmer but thats muscle Doesn’t seem like much but it’s been a huge deal for me

@labellavita.___ @patzikarp thank you Patzili! It is hard but hopefully this time around it works out for me. The heaviest I’ve ever been was 108 and after I becoming pregnant with my first it all went downhill from there😅😭

She is ALL of those. 
So super proud of everything she has accomplished in her first 6 weeks with us  
Yes, she’s dropped 8.5lbs of fat and down body fat %... But most importantly is the shift in confidence and mindset she’s experienced.

Case in point, here’s what she texted me when I sent her pictures to her... “I am beyond shocked I really can't wait to see what I look like in three months even a year I'm hoping to completely transform myself into a champion you and the coaches really make me feel like I can I'm so grateful for all of you ” Not to mention that in 6 weeks, she’s blasted past ALL of her previous PRs from her other gym. 
Talk about feeling like a rockstar!

This is what it’s all about. 
Being able to show someone that they truly are capable. Capable of so much more than they ever imagined.

Self confidence...pride...accomplishment...feeling and knowing that you WILL without a shadow of a doubt be successful. 
That is what any of this is all about!

Weighted Pull-Ups are a fantastic progression for increasing your strength and lean muscle.
.
Once you’re achieving 10 reps confidently with perfect form then it’s time to increase the load rather than aiming for more reps. For those of you more experienced with this exercise you can bump up once you’re hitting a perfect 8 reps.
.
To keep the focus on our target muscles (Lats) make sure to get the full range of motion with each rep. That means lengthening out all the way down at the bottom and bringing the rings to the chest with the shoulders pulling back and down to properly engage & contract the Lats.

Six weeks ago I hated every piece of clothing I owned because they didn’t fit.

My lower back and hips hurt all the time.

I had zero motivation to do basically anything.

I posted My workouts everyday because I knew if I didn’t I wouldn’t keep it up because no one was watching and you know what... IT WORKED.

These workouts were hard. Not eating pizza weekly was hard. But you know what’s not hard now FITTING INTO MY JEANS, picking Cora up or doing a freaking push up,  I can do a push up!! After pregnancy I felt defeated, like I would never recover but... I did. I can’t tell you my measurements because I haven’t done them yet. I can’t honestly tell you I lost 10+ lbs. I CAN tell you that my shorts are falling off, I have to buy a new bra, my pre baby jeans fit better than they did before baby and I feel pretty damn good in my swimsuit.

I know there are so many of you that have been watching my journey so far thinking how you could never commit the time or the money or whatever but people... you only get ONE body?!? Don’t be miserable in it!

I’m looking for 5 bad ass women to join me in this journey. I know you can do it because I did it and there’s so many other awesome women behind me that know you can do it too! If you want more info click the link in my bio!
