SIKANIE FACETA
po moim artykule, który został opublikowany u @mamaginekolog dostałam od Was mnóstwo wiadomości jak bardzo był potrzebny. Bardzo mnie to cieszy, zatem czas na panów ;) Panowie też mają mięśnie dna miednicy :) Oczywiście różnimy się anatomicznie, fizjologicznie, funkcjonalnie, ale wróćmy do sikania.
Podczas mikcji Twoim zadaniem jest się rozluźnić.
zatem kiedy sikać na siedząco? 
1. Wtedy, gdy sikając na stojąco strumień jest przerywany, sinusoidalny (czyli raz słabszy raz mocniejszy) lub żeby zacząć musisz przeć. Do sikania każdy powinien się rozluźnić - szczegóły w artykule
2. Jesteś po zabiegu prostatektomii lub innym zabiegu w okolicy krocza np. przepuklina pachwinowa - po to by nie było nadmiernego napięcia przez parcie na mocz
3. Zdecydowanie jest to bardziej higieniczne...
Możesz sikać na stojąco gdy nie masz problemów napięciowych w okolicy krocza i jesteś młodym zdrowym facetem, lecz pamiętaj:
- Wypychanie moczu na siłę czyli parcie na siki lub kupę podnosi napięcie w dnie miednicy i finalnie te mięśnie osłabia - z czasem może (lecz nie musi) to powodować dysfunkcje np częstomocz, bóle miednicy, krocza, hemoroidy, nawet problemy podczas współżycia
- GDY stoisz Twoje mięśnie posturalne są napięte, mięśnie dna miednicy to też mięśnie posturalne zatem w pełni się nie rozluźniają podczas sikania stojąc.
- Zrób test - zaobserwuj swój strumień moczu podczas sikania stojąc i siedząc, nie przyśpieszaj, rozluźnij się. Sprawdź kiedy będzie silniejszy ale bez parcia.
- Do dwójki też siedzisz i jakoś dalej masz honor! dobrze by było mieć jeszcze do tej kupy mieć stołeczek, wtedy idzie bez parcia ;) szczegóły w artykule

The unfortunate reality is that there is a great deal of misinformation spread throughout the general population. There are demographic groups, like seniors, women, children, and chronic pain patients, that have been convinced through the deluge of bogus information that resistance training is bad. More and more evidence points to the contrary. As we age we naturally lose muscle mass and strength - sarcopenia and dynapenia. These conditions are not only associated with frailty and  increase risks for falls, but also associated with negatively altered biochemistry and a shorter life expectancy.  Resistance training is a great anti-aging modality. Don’t believe the “fake news” and start lifting!

Rx RUNNER’S KNEE
One extremely common injury with runner’s is pain underneath or around the knee cap, appropriately called runner’s knee, or patella-femoral pain syndrome.

This is usually the result of poor hip or foot control (or both) and instability during the standing phase of running.
-
Fixing this issue is relatively straight forward. First, you need to help improve the soft tissue extensibility and mobility to improve pain.
-
Once pain has reduced and mobility has returned, addressing the lack of stability is the next step, which is done by strengthening and loading improvement.

Exercise 1: Quad foam rolling for decreased pain and improved muscle mobility.

Exercise 2: Calf foam rolling for decreased pain and improved muscle mobility.

Exercise 3: Hip 90-90 rotations for improved hip mobility and glute muscle lengthening under load.

Exercise 4: Eccentric quadriceps in kneeling for improved patella control and quadriceps functioning.

1. Redução dor dar associado ao atraso da dor muscular;
2. Atenuação da dor Miofascial tanto no músculo afetado quanto no membro contralateral;

4. Redução dos pontos sensíveis no músculo;
5. Efeito trivial substancial no desempenho através da melhora neuromuscular. ▪️Protocolos:

Coated chicken thighs in a little olive oil and grilled using a cast iron grill pan. When they have cooked through, cut it into one inch pieces and put it back in the pan and added about 1/4 cup of a vinegar based BBQ sauce. The broccoli is just frozen chopped broccoli and pineapple is a fresh pineapple. You could use canned if you needed to. The sweet potatoes were roasted at 400F in some olive oil and flipped halfway through.

Even though it doesn’t look all that different here, there is quite a bit more meat and potatoes on the right. When meals have a lot of components it’s hard to show a huge difference because you have to build volume up instead of out and you know...perspective and stuff 🤷‍️

Bagian pertama yang harus dilakukan
1.Perhatikan kelancaran jalan nafas (airway) buka mulut jangan sampai tertutup yang diakibatkan oleh jatuhnya pangkal lidah(kalo bisa dilakukan tarikan pada bagian lidahnya)
2. Untuk membuka jalan nafas harus melindungi vertebra cervical (cervical spine control)  dalam hal ini bisa sambil dirasakan adanya hembusan nafas dari hidung
3.Bila terdapat sumbatan bisa dihilangkan dengan menggunakan jari / Suction
4.bila tidak kuat lagi..lakukan bantuan nafasdari mulut ke mulut

Jika sudah stabil/masih belum sadarkan diri..lakukam Rujukan dengan memberikan pertanyaan / pernyataan sebelumnya untuk ke layanan kesehatanbterdekat/Rumah Sakit

wajibmelakukan pengawasan dengan menanyakan/ membangunkan penderita setiap 2jam sekali, jika nyeri bertambah hebat, muntah semakin kencang, kejang, kesadaran menurun, kelumpuhan segera rujuk

dan team physioteam sudah menguasai dasar dengan baik...

 The TMJ (Temporomandibular joint) or what most people will call jaw is an area that often will get reported for pain or loss in function. Treatment to this region traditional consists of passive interventions and possibly light stretching. Continuing our series on joint load tolerance, we can use this same approach here. .
‍Starting off you may need to alter activities - such as reducing chewing volume (gum, steak, etc) for a short time is symptomatic. We can challenge the joint structure and mucular tissue in the region to handle greater loads through isotonic and isometric contractions on the different motions it can perform - elevation, depression, lateral/medial motion, and retraction/protrusion. In addition cervical motion can benefit some individuals who may be having referred symptoms. .
‍️It’s important to note that a clicking jaw is not something to be inherently concerned about and if it happens, don’t stress, it’s normal.

In today's world moderation truly is the best approach.  Yesterday, @fabiangarciadpt and I were testing a bodybuilder who was under 10% bodyfat.  By looking at him one would believe he was extremely healthy.  However, the testing proved otherwise.

He admitted to eating salmon every single day of the week.  In his testing we found he had high levels of mercury, aluminum, nickel, radiation, chemicals and his lymphatic system was overworking trying to clear these toxins out of his body.

His left illiopsoas and tensor fascia latae are constantly tight and causing pain.  Without the testing, a therapist might think ok it is some sort of musculoskeletal issue and that is it.  However, this is not the case. -----
His lymphatic system, gut and organs all must work extra hard to try and keep this bodybuilder healthy.  These heavy metals, chemicals and radiation must be cleared from his body and he should limit his fish intake to twice per week.

الأربطة هي حزم كثيفة من النسيج الضام الليفيّ، تربط بين العظام أو الغضاريف، وظيفتها إعطاء الدعامة والقوة للمفاصل وتحديد مجال حركتها، وتتكوّن بشكل رئيس من مادة الكولاجين، أما مكانها فتوجد الأربطة في كل أنحاء الجسم؛ كالرسغ واليد والركبة والرقبة والحوض 
تمزّق الأربطة  عند تحريك مفصل في الجسم بطريقة خاطئة أو باتجاه لا يتحرّك فيه المفصل أثناء الركض أو المشي أو عند سقوط الشخص، فهناك حالتان طبيّتان محتملتان؛ الأولى هي تمزّق بعض ألياف الرباط وليس الرباط كله، وفي هذه الحالة يمكن أن لا يُرى التمزّق بالعين المجردة، ويبقى المفصل سليماً وفي مكانه، ولكن يأتي المريض بألم وانتفاخ وازرقاق حول المفصل، وأي شدّ في منطقة الالتواء يؤدّي إلى حدوث ألم شديد. الحالة الأخرى مثل الأولى، تكون بتحريك المفصل في اتجاه خاطئ وليس في مجال حركته لكن بقوّة أكبر، ويمكن أن يسمع المصاب أثناء حدوث الالتواء صوت فرقعة، وهنا يتحرك المفصل من مكانه ولا يبقى ثابتاً، خاصّة في حالة إصابة الأربطة في أماكن المفاصل ذات المجال الحركيّ الواسع؛ كالركبة والكاحل والإبهام، وعليه يحدث تمزّق لكل الرباط ويكون المفصل حرّاً وغير ثابت في مجال حركته.  أكثر الإصابات تسبباً بتمزّق الأربطة قد تتعرض الأربطة للتمزّق عند التواء الرباط أو المفصل أو السقوط، ومن أكثر الإصابات المؤدية إلى تمزق المفصل ما يلي: إصابات المفصل الأخرمي الترقوي. إصابات الرباط الصليبي الأمامي. التواء العضلات. التواء الكاحل. حدوث خلع في الكتف. إصابات أربطة الركبة. الروماتيزم. الإصابات الناتجة عن الاستخدام المفرط للمفصل أو العضلة المحيطة بالمفصل والأربطة المصابة، ويمكن في هذه الحالة حدوث عدة التواءات وتجاهلها من قبل المصاب وعادة ما تكون عند الرياضيين. التواء الإبهام . علامات تمزّق الأربطة هناك أعراض عند التواء المفصل تظهر حول المفصل الملتوي، وكلما كانت أشدّ دلّ ذلك على أن الرباط كله قد تمزّق، من هذه العلامات: ألم في منطقة المفصل وما حوله، وكلما كان أشدّ كان التمزّق كاملاً. انتفاخ حول منطقة المفصل، وإذا انتفخ المفصل نفسه دلّ ذلك على تدمّي المفصل: .ظهور كدمة حول منطقة المفصل ونزيف تحت الجلد. يتحرك المفصل من مكانه تحت الفحص السريري في حالة تمزّق الرباط كاملاً. عدم القدرة على تحريك المفصل. :

For last 12 months i have been doing meditation everyday , it was hard in the begining so i started with 5min then 10 ... and now almost everyday 40 min ... just like going to gym , u get used to and like a muscle , your brain gets stronger in sense of letting go , relax and being in the moment . Meditation showed me my fears illusions and when i could seperate myself from these , i was ready to sey myself free and embrace liberation .. meditation is not wellbeing happy smiling face stuff, it shows you devil , terrific , fear , painful things within you but gives you resilience to be an observer , stay calm and let it go ... it gives u awareness to see Goddess in small things and gives you strenght to deal with your  hardest nightmares .. you can do meditation everywhere , anytime . No joelho, a mudança da angulação é medida pelo posicionamento entre o fêmur
(osso da coxa) em relação à tíbia (osso da canela). Por ser uma articulação
instável e que recebe muita carga, o desalinhamento dos joelhos não é incomum e pode levar a lesões sérias.
O desalinhamento pode ser apenas dinâmico, ocorrendo apenas durante a
movimentação, e menos grave pois o tratamento é menos invasivo. Em casos
mais sérios, esse alinhamento é comprometido mesmo com a pessoa parada,
o que indica uma deformidade estrutural. 
O valgismo de joelho acontece quando a articulação desvia para dentro, aproximando um joelho ao outro. Popularmente conhecido como joelho em X, esse desalinhamento é mais comum que o varo, além de ser mais frequente em mulheres (por conta do quadril mais largo).
O joelho varo é uma condição onde os joelhos se mantém afastados mesmo quando a pessoa consegue encostar um tornozelo no outro. Ele também é conhecido como geno varo ou “pernas de cowboy”. .
