🥄 100-200 calories of fats (1/8 cup pesto sauce - I bought this one from Trader Joe’s)
 4-5oz protein (4oz grilled chicken - I bought the pre-grilled kind from Trader Joe’s)
 Added 1 apple!
Stir-fry tomatoes & chicken. Add in pesto!

🥒 2 cups veggies (2 small cucumbers + 1/4 onion)
🥄 100-200 calories of fats (1/2 cup olives - this is less than 100 calories but we have a little extra cheese which is both a protein and a fat!)
🧀 4-5oz protein (1/2 cup feta cheese)
🧂 Season with fat free vinaigrette dressing and basil, oregano, salt & pepper! I love the Trader Joe’s fat free balsamic vinaigrette
 Also added 1/2 cup cooked tortillini #1starchPerDay

Made this 15 MINUTE SHEET PAN meal with that formula 🤩
 2+ cups veggies (1 cup shishito peppers + 1 bell pepper, chopped + 1 cup broccoli florets)
🧀 100-200 calories of fats (added 1 Tbsp oil + 1 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese)
 4-5oz protein (1 sausage)
🧂 Seasoned with Trader Joe’s lemon pepper seasoning

Have you guys tried shishito peppers?? They’re typically NOT spicy - but flavorful & have a fun texture 🤩 Don’t eat the stems!

Preheat oven to 400 degrees  Line a baking sheet with tin foil & spray with a cooking spray. Drizzle veg with oil & bake for 20 minutes! Double or triple the recipe to make for a few days (or dinner & lunch the next day!) 
•
