Lettuce wraps for lunch 🤩 with stir-fried ground beef & mixed veggies (I bought the veggies pre-chopped bc you know I’m lazyyyyy  and cutting some corners makes it EASIER for me to stick with my health goals ). Stir-fry in a pan with an oil spray until the meat is no longer pink! Top the lettuce wraps with dollops of guac 🥑

Made this lunch by following my lunch & dinner formula (link in bio!) 
🥬 2 cups veggies (1 cup romaine leaves + 1 cup mixed veggies)
🥑 100-200 calories of fats (1 single- serving packet of guac + 1/4 cup shredded cheese)
🥩 4-5oz protein (4oz ground beef)

Cookies on the side bc the week is half over!  These mini chocolate chip cookies are from Trader Joe’s (12 in a serving of 150 calories!) will post in Stories later today!

Made this lunch by following my lunch & dinner formula (link in bio!) 
 2 cups veggies (2 cups cherry tomatoes)
🧀 100-200 calories of fats (1/2 slice of cheese + 1 Tbsp olive oil for tomatoes + 2 tsp regular mayo for tuna)
 4-5oz protein (1 can tuna - salted & canned in water)

1/2 cup cooked whole wheat pasta 
4 cups uncooked/ raw kale (it cooks DOWN) 🥬
1 chicken breast (bought pre-grilled) 
1/2 avocado 🥑

Combined kale, pasta, and chicken in a pot (Pot sprayed with olive oil spray) and heated for about 7 minutes - you want the kale to cook through but to not get too soggy! Add avo on the side 🥑 Add seasoning like Everything Bagel seasoning if you like 🤩 About 500 calories for this meal

When I’m traveling & need to eat out I always go with the Cobb  lots o protein  & filling fats 🥑🥓 but still full of veggies 🥬🥒 Made this one a few weeks ago & wishing I could chow down on it!! Restaurants here aren’t serving lettuce right now re: e-coli

A lot of people are surprised by what I get at the grocery store - what really works for me (and so many others) is to stock up on frozen food (still with healthy ingredients) and some pre-cooked groceries like grilled chicken strips. I have to make the healthy choice the EASY choice for me to stick with my health goals! 🤩

No lettuce 🥬 ? No problem!! 🤩 Got these 4 non-lettuce bento box lunches  for ya! 
1. Sheetpan meal: pre-heat oven to 425 & bake 2 cups Brussels for 15 minutes. Add in salmon for another 15. Add 1/4 cup walnuts. 🥜
2. Bento box with 2 sliced cucumbers, 4oz smoked salmon & 1/4 cups nuts 🥒
3. Poke bowl inspired lunch  see ingredients a few posts back! 
4. Mini carrot noodle “casserole “ - ingredients & directions also a few posts back 🤩
