️RANT AHEAD ️ I am seeing one too many things now about weight loss drinks, drinks that slow down metabolism, top 10 fat burning foods, meal replacement shakes and much more. 
From influencers advertising these things themselves for money to sponsored adverts popping up everywhere from the likes of Skinny Coffee, Fit Tea..the list goes on.

These products WILL NOT make you lose fat. Of course they make you lose weight as your food is literally going right through you due to the laxatives in most of them and of top of that losing all the nutrients in your body. Not healthy or sustainable. The minute you start eating PROPER meals again, you will pile the weight back on.

It really is simple. If you want to lose fat, you need to be in a caloric deficit. STOP TRYING TO FIND AN EASY WAY OUT. You need a realistic goal, a good diet and some exercise.

People advertising these sorts of things on social media, especially to the younger generation, really need to ask themselves if the damage they’re doing is worth it. It is not healthy, it’s not sustainable and at the end of day it all comes down to making money.  It’s so frustrating to see. *sorry for the rant on a Sunday but it’s really grinding on me and needed to get it off my chest*

I think my favourite day at the gym is back day !! I'm soo excited to see all the growth in muscles and my body as I continue with my habit! My 2019 oath to myself is going to the gym 4 times a week if I go more that's awesome if I go less that's okay I can do 5 the next week but I love the feeling I have after I have a great workout. Lil bit of my back & biceps workout the other day! Not the full workout, but let’s talk about each of these movements. ‍
•
Wide lat pulldowns - shape that back! Developing your lats can create the illusion of a smaller waist, and is essential for pull up progression. Mind and muscle connection is the best way to make sure you’re hitting the correct muscle and has been a game changer for me on back day!
•
Rope face pulls - another back exercise targeted to hit your upper middle back, another essential for pull ups! The key to this exercise is the pause when you pull back, ensuring you’re predominantly using your rear delts and not your biceps/shoulders to pull the weight. Also, keep your wrists flat and thumbs turned towards the floor for proper form.
•
Bent over rows - targeting the same muscles as face pulls, but by bending over this allows your upper back to fire when lifting the weight and work against gravity. Make sure you keep your abs tight to avoid straining your lower back!
•
EZ-bar bicep curls - using this grip along with full range of motion allows for maximum bicep muscle activation without putting any strain on your shoulders.
•
Through your entire back/biceps workout, whatever exercise you may be doing, mind and muscle connection is absolutely vital. It’s also super important to keep your abdomen tight during every exercise because it protects your spine and aids your posture.
•
Integrate any of these into your next back/bicep workout  remember, weight is an important factor but it shouldn’t be the basis of your exercises. Even if it’s just 5lbs, as long as you’re targeting the muscle correctly, the heavier weights will come with time. Progress takes time, and you’ll be far better set up to lift heavier if you train properly from the very beginning.

Existen estrategias que puedes implementar en tu alimentación para combatir ese guayabo o  resaca. Concretamente, alimentos poderosos en antioxidantes y aquellos alimentos que tengan propiedades anti-inflamatorias.
‍ El mejor ejemplo son las frutas y las verduras

Un exceso de alcohol genera deshidratación. Por lo tanto, tenemos que recurrir a alimentos que estén compuesto, en su mayoría, por agua y por electrolitos. Alimentos como la patilla(sandía)(un patillazo de la 43 ), arándanos azules o bananos te ayudarán a recuperarte de manera más efectiva
. 
Si has consumido mucho alcohol, es probable que sufras una deficiencia de Zinc, un mineral esencial para nuestro cuerpo. Éste puede ser potenciado a través del consumo de carnes roja, huevos o chocolate negro(Si un chocolate hey)
. 
Por último, tanto el omega 3 como el omega 6 han demostrado ser efectivos para aminorizar las lesiones intestinales y hepáticas como consecuencia de un consumo excesivo de alcohol. Alimentos como el salmón o frutos secos contribuirán a combatir el enguayabe o resacón🥜

Protein Synthesis: When you finish the workout, you've torn down the muscle fibers and depleted glycogen stores, so you'd think that then is the best time to get a protein-dense meal or supply in.  Actually, you have a much longer window, 4 hours post-workout and upwards of 24 hours. 
Nutrient Timing Study: A group of 33 individual males were tested with protein nutrient timing relative to a time of the day and after a workout. What matters at the end of the day is getting the protein in within 24 hours after working out and training hard. Aber man sieht trotzdem , das es rudern sein soll , oder?
Wichtig bei der Übung ist es , den lat zu Strecken und komplett die Schultern dann komplett nach hinten zu ziehen , ergo die komplette range of motion zu nutzen!! Euch noch einen schönen Abend

Hallo liebe #instagram #community . Heute reden wir mal über das Thema Eiweiß.  Eiweiß ist der wichtigste markonährstoff für den Muskelaufbau!!Wenn wir von Muskelaufbau und Erhaltung sprechen , brauchen wir 2 bis 2,5g pro kg Körpergewicht Eiweiß , diese Eiweiße erhalten wir durch die Nahrung wie z.b. Rinderfleisch , Hähnchen oder Fisch , ausserdem durch supplements wie whey Protein!! Also wenn ihr auf die Ernährung achtet, behaltet das auf jeden Fall im Hinterkopf, wenn ihr kocht!

Wiedermal war ich mit einem Kumpel trainieren und wurde dabei gefilmt, wie ich meine Übung mache. Danke an @flo.vanneymar für deine hilfreiche hand Unschwer zu erkennen , geht es heute um bankdrücken , Standartübung , die bei jedem Brusttraining dabei sein muss!  Da das Wetter nicht so mitspielt muss man natürlich mit dem Gewicht runter und den Wiederholungen hoch gehen und schon sauber und langsam trainieren!️ Was macht ihr an diesen wunderschönen Wetter? 🤗 Schreibt es mal in die Kommentare 🤗

Da ist es endlich , DAS Body pic! Ich hätte niemals gedacht, dass wir so weit kommen , aber versprochen ist versprochen!! Was seid ihr für eine geile Community🤗 Auf dem Bild seht ihr nur meinen Oberkörper da ich die Beine nicht so hoch gekriegt habe  Das Bild kommt dann die tage Man sieht , dass ich ein paar muskeln aufgebaut habe , jedoch kommt demnächst der schwere part , denn die fettschicht muss vernichtet werden! Euch eine schöne Woche!
