Holy cow these focus work outs are getting serious!! I used 15lb dumbbells for the Bulgarian split squat with hammer curls and the upright rows with elevated single leg hinge....man going unbroken was hard!! My legs . I used 30lb for the 60 snatchesThor Fitness
