C’est fait  #sticktotheplan
Je viens de dire au revoir à mes anciennes équipes que j’avais mise en place, ce temps et ce meeting avait donc une coloration particulière.
Et pour mon fractionné, j’ai trouvé un lac autour duquel j’ai scrupuleusement tourné  et c’est plus sympa qu’un stade 
En prime, à chaque tour, et en guise de récup, je prenais le temps d’admirer l’aurore, l’aube puis les différentes positions et couleurs du soleil ️ ... allez ! Ça valait bien une nouvelle nuit raccourcie  .

La récup-j’en-prends-plein-les-yeux... ça vaut bien une série d’étirements, non ?

Morning workouts pre work are a new fave of mine again  even if it’s just an hour or so of cardio  getting a sweat on before starting your day makes such a huge difference  even though it’s quite the challenge to actually get up when your alarm goes off at 5am it’s so worth it - especially when you’ve got a long day ahead of you and probably won’t be able to make it to the gym in the evenings  I do tend to incorporate double workout days into my week meaning cardio in the morning & a strength session at night  it’s all in your head. L’interval training o H.I.I.T è un allenamento cardiovascolare che si basa sull’alternanza di lavoro a bassa intensità ed alta intensità, andando così a lavorare sulle variazioni della frequenza cardiaca.

▶️What they don't see is all the long practice sessions, sparring sessions, strength and conditioning, and meal preparation that went into building that fighter up for that very moment. .

▶️This is why so many fail to follow through with their initial claim because often they end up getting a stone cold truth about how life works. .

▶️This is why sticktoitiveness is a MUST. This is why you must stick to the plan of execution whether it's to prepare for the ring, or for life. .

This morning marked my fourth session of the week and time to push through a HITT workout. I tend to only do one of full HITT session a week but I have been adding more cardio/HITT style finishers to the end of my other workouts this past week, as I look to cut.⁣

Isso já era sabido e já tinham vários estudos, principalmente abordando protocolos de HiiT e TABATA confirmando que treinos curtos, mas com grande intensidade são mais eficazes no emagrecimento que treinos aeróbicos e contínuos. Então ao invés de você ficar falando para o seu professor que precisa de mais aeróbico porque precisa emagrecer de ouvidos a ele e vá pegar pesado, seja na musculação ou em tiros de corrida ou em qualquer outro exercício.
