 عارضه سر به جلو

تعریف ناهنجاری سر به جلو + حرکات اصلاحی

ستون مهره‌ها در ناحیه گردن به سمت جلو انحنا دارد و چنانچه این انحنا بیش از حد طبیعی باشد به آن عارضه سر به جلو گفته می‌شود.
 در این ناهنجاری سر جلوتر از گردن قرار دارد، درحالی که لاله گوش و وسط بازو در یک راستا نیستند و با کمی دقت متوجه می‌شوید که لاله گوش جلوتر از شانه است. (به تصویر دقت کنید.) علت ها و دلایل سر و گردن به جلو

برخی از عوامل ایجاد کننده این ناهنجاری می‌تواند، ضعف در بینایی، استفاده از بالش‌های بلند، ضعف عضلات پشت به ویژه عضلات گردنی، عادات رفتاری مانند خجالتی بودن و عدم قرار گرفتن در وضعیت صحیح بدنی باشد.
در این ناهنجاری سر جلوتر از گردن قرار دارد، درحالی که لاله گوش و وسط بازو در یک راستا نیستند.

معایب و عوارض سر و گردن به جلو

جلو آمدگی سر یکی از شایع‌ترین پوسچرهای معیوب، همراه با ضعف عضلات گردنی است. ﺑﺎ ﺗﻐﻴﻴﺮ ﻭﺿﻌﻴﺖ ﺳﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻃﺮﻑ ﺟﻠﻮ، ﺍﺛﺮ ﻧﻴﺮﻭی ﺟﺎﺫﺑﻪ ﺭﻭی ﺳﺮ ﺍﻓﺰﺍﻳﺶ ﻳﺎﻓﺘﻪ و ﺩﺭ ﻃﻮلانی ﻣﺪﺕ ﻣﻨﺠﺮ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻐﻴﻴﺮ ﺩﺭ ﻣﻔﺎﺻﻞ ﻓﻘﺮﺍﺕ ﮔﺮﺩنی ﻭﺁﺳﻴﺐ ﺩﻳﺴﻚ ﺑﻴﻦ ﻣﻬﺮﻩ‌ﺍی ﻭ ﺑﺎﻟﻄﺒﻊ ﺁﻥ ﻣﺸﻜﻼﺕ ﺳﻴﺴﺘﻢ ﺍﻋﺼﺎﺏ ﮔﺮﺩنی، بی ﺣﺮکتی مفصلی ﻭ ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﺣﺲ عمقی ﻭ حرکتی میﮔﺮﺩﺩ.
ﻋﻼﻭﻩ ﺑﺮ ﺍﻳﻦ ﺍﺛﺮﺍﺕ، عوارض موضعی ﺩﻳﮕﺮی ﻣﺘﻌﺎﻗﺐ ﺟﻠﻮﺁﻣﺪگی ﺳﺮ پدیدار می‌شود ﻛﻪ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﻫﻢ ﺗﺮﺍﺯ ﻧﺒﻮﺩﻥ ﻣﻔﺼﻞ فکی ﻭ ﺍﺧﺘﻼﻝ ﺩﺭ ﻋﻤﻞ ﺟﻮﻳﺪﻥ، ﻓﺸﺎﺭ ﺭﻭی ﻋﺮﻭﻕ ﺧﻮنی ﻭ ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﺟﺮﻳﺎﻥ ﺧﻮﻥ ﻣﻬﺮﻩ‌ﺍی ﺑﻪ ﺳﻤﺖ ﻣﻐﺰ ﻭ ﺳﺎﻗﻪ‌ی ﻣﻐﺰ، ﺗﺤﺮﻙ ﺑﻴﺶ ﺍﺯ ﺣﺪ ﻗﺴﻤﺖ ﻣﻴﺎنی ﮔﺮﺩﻥ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻠﺖ ﺷﻞ ﺷﺪﻥ رباط پس‌گردنی ﻭ بی ﺛﺒﺎتی ﺍﻳﻦ ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ، ﻛﻢ ﺗﺤﺮکی ﻗﺴﻤﺖ ﻓﻮﻗﺎنی قفسه سینه ﻭ ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﻇﺮﻓﻴﺖ ﺗنفسی میﺑﺎﺷﺪ.
گوژپشتی و ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﻗﺪ یکی از بارزترین مشخصه‌های عارضه سربه جلو است.

2nd year of uni is officially complete!! Had my last exam this morning which I think went well and then smashed out a good leg session so all in all it’s been a great day so far! Sticking to my promise to myself to get more active after my exams are done and I’m going for a run tonight (which will probably be a slow jog but it’s a start!). I also gave myself a little treat and got some yummy cake to celebrate the end of exams - see my story  but that’s okay because were all allowed a treat AND I’m not going over for my macros/ calories for the day which is even better! Now I’ve got just under 4 weeks left to put in lots of hard work and complete the final bit of my cut before I can relax and enjoy 10 days in the Cyprus sun! I’m SO EXCITED 🤪

So I had to take a bunch of videos for some medical peeps to watch, of my rehab... so I figured why not share the exercises so that other wheelchair users can use them if they want too! I was a bit tired cause I had already done 2hrs at the pool by the time I got to filming these so if they aren’t 100% I apologise- if people want better vids or more info feel free to DM and we can chat. Aqua therapy is so great for SCI (or just injuries in general) as it takes all the pressure off and allows you to work in a pain free environment giving you a low impact, high cardio workout that you will feel later on... my muscles have have never been stronger!

Recently found out that my golds gym has some big ass tires so I figured I would utilize them the only way I know how. Ended the workout with a few sets of flipping. This was a good switch up because it was outside which allowed me to get some morning sun. Also flipping tires requires a different type of grip strength and hand placement so it was cool to work these variations. Im not sure how much this tire weighed but I’m thinking it was 150-200lbs. I’m always trying to improve so new exercises/workouts are something I’m always interested in. Lifted chest today but wanted to end with some tire flips for cardio. First time doing this and will continue to incorporate!

507lbs/230kg @ 164 bodyweight. I freaking did it!! I went into today going for 500 pounds. I got it. So I figured, ok, I'm graduating high school in less than a week, let's go for more! It still amazes me how rappidly my deadlift has progressed. 6 months ago I maxed out at 397lbs/180kg. So in half a year I've been able to add over 100 pounds to my deadlift. Unreal!

I know my form was not perfect. I'll continue to work on that!

Thanks to everyone who came to watch and who have supported me till this point. Without the support I don't think I would've gotten it! What a great way to end off my high school deadlift career!

 The Valslide body saw is a great core exercise that will target the lower abs while the movement is being performed by the shoulders. Similar to that, the TRX Forearm slide as seen above works the core while placing more emphasis on the shoulders and upward rotation of the scaps. This is a great core exercise to have that will also benefit the shoulders. Like any exercise work with your range of motion and your strength.  Whenever designing programs you should always put exercises or movements that will serve a purpose, never one to just do for the gram or do things to just do them. Make sure the movements benefit your needs and goals. Example above being for athletes or those who need or focus on shoulder stability and overhead sports. Be smart, be better, get stronger.

So many times, people told me I can't do this or can't do that. My nature is that I don't listen very well. I'm very determined, and I am glad I believed in myself more than others ! 

I thank God for my failures. Maybe not at the time but after some reflection. I never feel like a failure just because something I tried has failed and am sure there will be many more in the coming years but I won’t stop believing in him! Trap bar deadlifts . For a start less stress on your spine due to being inside the weight rather then behind it. Therefore the weight you lift isn’t determined by the particular strength of your back extensors. I have a dicey back so keep to this . It’s just as effective and no slight on a person lifting with a trap bar . Now heres something interesting. Studies show .this is more effective then straight bar dead’s building maximum power. Better for beginners. And less intimidating . Trap bar dead’s isn’t something that’s all that well known . So I had to take a bunch of videos for some medical peeps to watch, of my rehab... so I figured why not share the exercises so that other wheelchair users can use them if they want too! I was a bit tired cause I had already done 2hrs at the pool by the time I got to filming these so if they aren’t 100% I apologise- if people want better vids or more info feel free to DM and we can chat. Aqua therapy is so great for SCI (or just injuries in general) as it takes all the pressure off and allows you to work in a pain free environment giving you a low impact, high cardio workout that you will feel later on... my muscles have have never been stronger!

It's been 2 weeks since I took my waist measurement. My waist is 34!! It took me 2 weeks to meet this goal!! Next goal is 33!! I am still battling a one pound gain and loss between 167 lb to 168 lb. I will break this battle! Instead of focusing on this battle, I took my measurements and I am pleased!

I am doing what I can, in a healthy way, to keep losing weight. It takes time and patience. 
I refuse to give up!!

🥰 #StrongwomanClub  I'm posting this video because 1) I love the community & the positive vibes in strongwoman right now  2) In the past I would have gotten upset over the fact that my legs look bigger. Nowadays I'm thankful because my femurs are so long in length you can hardly tell when I do gain a bit more in the quads or hammies or glutes. My glutes have definitely grown though! The rest of my upper leg is finally catching up! Now if only my calves would play ball  The point is that I have grown as a person both mentally & physically. I'm just so proud to be more positive about my body & allowing myself to take up more space! 3) My log tekkers have improved but I need to keep that log in even tighter at power position before the clean. It's just so different to oly lifting but everyone knows I love a challenge! #Razorstorm #BadassLasses
