To celebrate the spring I decided to make this recipe, as carrot cake is one of my favourite cakes. It brings great memories and reminds me of my childhood. I chose this healthier version which is raw, gluten free, no artificial sugar, no flour and vegan!!!

New Recipe 🤩🤩🤩
Peanut Butter and cinnamon cookies

Ingredients: 1/4 + 1/8 cup almond flour, 1/4 cup jumbo oats (I putted in a blender until it turns into flour), 1/4 cup coconut sugar, 1/4 cup peanut butter, 1 chia egg ( 1 tbsp chia seeds + 3 tbsp water, wait at least 15min), 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 4 tbsp almond milk. ** If you want you can add more sugar( it depends how much sweet you want).

- Mix everything with a spoon and your batter is ready  Cook in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 15min. Let the cookies cool it down at least for 10min or more and enjoy it

I haven’t post any recipes for a while as I was trying to avoid to eat too much sweets. I know that I try to make as healthy as possible but at the end they are still sweets, so not that healthy to eat all the time. 

Chocolate and oats Muffin 🧁🧁🧁

Ingredients: 1 smashed banana, 3 tbsp maple syrup, 2 tbsp raw cacao powder, 30 grams hazelnut pieces, 1 cup oats, 3/4 cup almond milk. .
Pre heat the ove at 200 C degree. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until well combined. Pour it in a square loaf or in a muffin shape pan, and put in the oven for 15min. .
I topped my muffins (when ready)  with some peanut butter and some hazelnuts (that’s optional) ;) .

When I feel like eating some sweets I always do it myself a recipe in a more healthy and nutritious version. I stopped buying from the supermarket basically everything from the bakery section, as it is loaded with unhealthy ingredients. It is a challenge but I am really happy to have made this decision. Today I really enjoy making my own recipes even if sometimes doesn’t work as I wanted. - Have a wonderful weekend

NEW Recipe - Banana and cinnamon cake 🤩🤩

- Mix in a bowl 1/2 cup almond flour, 1/4 cup coconut flour, 2 tbsp potato starch, 1/4 cup xylitol, 1/2 tbsp cinnamon, 1 tsp baking powder. . - In a blender put 2 ripe bananas, 1/2 cup walnuts, 2 tbsp almond milk, and 1/4 cup cocoa butter (melted), mix everything until well combined.

- Mix the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients well with a spoon. I mixed with the batter some almond flakes to give some extra flavour and also I putted on top of the cake as you can see . .
- bake the cake in a pre heated oven at 200 C degree for 35 min. And there is your cake   I am so happy when I make up a recipe myself and it actually tastes good!!! 🤣
