 4-5oz protein (about 20 medium shrimp, cooked from frozen in a pan with an oil spray)
🧂 Season with fat free vinaigrette dressing and red pepper flakes! I love the Trader Joe’s fat free balsamic vinaigrette

Make lettuce-less salad with cukes, shrimp, avocado, vinaigrette, and red pepper flakes. Cut open bell peppers & add salad into them! So much food for 535 calories 🤩

Made this 15 MINUTE SHEET PAN meal with that formula 🤩
 2+ cups veggies (1 cup shishito peppers + 1 bell pepper, chopped + 1 cup broccoli florets)
🧀 100-200 calories of fats (added 1 Tbsp oil + 1 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese)
 4-5oz protein (1 sausage)
🧂 Seasoned with Trader Joe’s lemon pepper seasoning

Have you guys tried shishito peppers?? They’re typically NOT spicy - but flavorful & have a fun texture 🤩 Don’t eat the stems!
•

Preheat oven to 400 degrees  Line a baking sheet with tin foil & spray with a cooking spray. Drizzle veg with oil & bake for 20 minutes! Double or triple the recipe to make for a few days (or dinner & lunch the next day!) 
•

🥑 1 avocado (cut in half, you’re eating both halves)
 1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes, sliced in halves + 1 cup lettuce
🥓 4 strips of bacon, chopped up

 2 cups veggies (1 tomato + 1 cucumber, chopped + seasoned with basil, oregano, salt & pepper)
🧀 100-200 calories of fats (1/4 cup feta cheese + 1/3 cup olives)
 4-5oz protein (4oz chicken - I like the pre-grilled strips from Trader Joe’s!)

I eat dessert sometimes 2x/ day, sometimes once, and sometimes not at all. I go based on what I’m really **feeling** like & what will be the most satisfying

By enjoying every bite of dessert, I can eat it slowly, and stop eating when I’m full 🤩
•

Choosing the EXACT dessert you want can very satisfying, and guilt and stress free (i.e. not choosing the “healthy” dessert if it isn’t going to be satisfying to you!)  Make it easy for you to succeed by buying desserts in single serving amounts, or portioning them out ahead of time into single servings  - this helps especially at night when our self-control is not often at max capacity 
•
•
And remember, you can always have a dessert again the next day, next week, etc. - if you’re full on 3/4 of an ice cream, you don’t have to finish it.
