All meals are importantbut a nutritious breakfast is a fabulous way to start the day  Breakfast is literally about breaking the fast and giving your body energy to take on the day ‍️ One of my go to breakfasts is overnight oats because I throw everything in a glass container the night  before and I wake up to a delicious, flavorful breakfast with all the macronutrients  Complex carbs ‍️from oats and blueberries, protein  from milk 🥛 yogurt, chia and peanut 🥜 butter, and healthy fats from the pb and chia seeds ️ How I do: combine 1 cup oats, 1 cup milk, 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, a few drops of liquid stevia, and 1 tablespoon peanut butter. Throw in the fridge overnight. Heat or enjoy cold and top with blueberries. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
- 1 scoop Earth Genius Smart Greens Mixed Berry
- 2 cups frozen berries
- 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp lemon juice or vanilla (optional) .

Directions
- In a food processor or blender, add GNC Earth Genius Smart Greens Mixed Berry, frozen berries, yogurt, honey and optional flavoring. Blend for 2 minutes or until mixture is creamy.
- Serve soft or store frozen yogurt in airtight freezable container for 3 hours and scoop yogurt and enjoy!

I enjoy + and then go back to my meal prepping which keeps me focused and controls my portion sizes  Find a healthy balance ️that works for you! By now, you all probably know how much I love 🥰 veggies 🥦🥒🥬🥕 but do you know why?! The crunch, the colors  , the convenience, the versatility, and of course the nutrition! I love it all! Vegetables are naturally low⬇️ in calories, rich  in fiber, vitamins & minerals and should be the star  of every meal  Tonight I roasted up some BROCCOLINI® baby broccoli 🥦 from @veggiesmadeeasy  Mann’s broccolini is a naturally hybrid of gai lan  broccoli that has a delicious, slightly sweet flavor  All of their precut  veggies make #mealprep so easy and keep us fueled with the good stuff  How I do ‍: Preheat the oven to 425, place broccolini on a baking sheet and drizzle with a touch of avocado oil, salt 🧂 and pepper, roast for 10-15 minutes and sprinkle with some fresh Parmesan. Monday just may be my new favorite day of the week 🥳 shocking, I know! But Monday is a day to jump start  a solid week. On Monday's I push my hardest in the gym ‍️‍️ and it helps to ignite a powerful week. Monday we have salmon  which is my all time favorite After Monday, its all down hill  from here in the best way possible of course. Does anyone else feel like their weekends keep getting shorter?! Weekdays are always go go go ‍️ for me, so I like to spend my Sundays relaxing  and preparing  for the week ahead. Today I’m fueling ️ my body and soul with lots of greens 🥬 and some sweet treats  I have been loving 🥰 @petit_pot desserts.
