ACAI BOwLS with my main squeeze!Tag your squeezes and make an acai Bowl date!🤤🥭Q: What have you been doing for breaky? We have been doing a lot of @sambazon acai bowls, green smoothies, oatmeal, sliced fruit, cinnamon sourdough toast and breakfast burritos of rice, beans a little salsa and avo! I like to keep it raw personally but the kidlets and Shem enjoy variety but almost always we start with a little fruit first thing after our morning lemon water. Ive got in the habit of eating cereal tho which taste buds love but does me no good and sets up the day for more sugar cravings so have been making the swap back to fruits! 
Should our next habit stacking challenge habit have to do with breakfast or snacks?! You choose! (Secretly I want to make some snacks to share with you but you choose!) hope you’re having a good day!!

Sunsets are proof that no matter what happens, every day can end beautifully️Can you recall the last sunset you watched? Who you were with, where you were, how it made you feel? Can we just make a pact right now to take in more sunsets this year! To be outside and close the day with the skies and soak in what it’s waiting to offer! There is something magical that happens... I can’t count how many times I’ve felt overwhelmed or stressed and a sunset has brought all back into perspective. It’s like the universe is there waiting to remind us at the end of each day, that all is well. Like a big hug when you need it or to make magical  moments even more magic! PS/ don’t mind tama there in the background  he was trying to flip up! Hahah

Hold on to the ones you L️VE! Here’s a mini challenge for ya! Tag someone you admire and tell them something you admire about them! It could be a friend, your mom or dad, a sibling, someone you work with, go to school with or look up to! It’s easy to think it but how often do we not share it? Sometimes I know I feel shy about opening up, maybe a little scared it won’t be received but then I think, well even if it’s not recieved in that moment, one thing is for-sure and it’s everyone wants to be loved, and needs to be boosted up and it’s usually the ones we are scared to share with that need it most! Nalu is 7 weeks old today!! And even tho he basically just coos, sleeps eats and farts he’s managed to make us see the world with new eyes and makes our hearts over here a bunch of mush balls! Let love lead the way! ️️️️

Interesting note: it’s recommended men get about 100 ounces of water a day and women 75 ounces a day. I gauge it personally by how many hydros I drink! I aim for 2.5- 3, 32 ounce hydros a day! I just finished reading about why we need to drink water and the benefits and feeling extra excited about water again!  Announced and Closed! Congrats!!!

Life is busy and more than ever atm it’s pretty much impossible to sit down or even make meal, let alone a nutritious one so that’s why I love love smoothies! WHY? ‘Water fires up your metabolism, hydrates you, helps your body flush out toxins, gives your brain fuel, and helps curb sugar cravings.  Its the cheapest, easiest most beneficial thing you could do to start your day!

To promise no more comparisons, no more waiting for someone or something to validate our happiness. What would happen if we take what we see as flaws and acknowledged them as unique and being okay with not having it all figured out. What if we swap our entire focus to what we can gain this year instead of what we need to loose? Let’s make this year be about gaining confidence, gaining self love, embracing our quirks, laughing more and living each day with gratitude! The world will be a whole lot more interesting this way. ️ I hope you know you are beyond special and that being you is beautiful and no one else can ever be that better than you! 
I often think, how rad kids are because they have no agenda, they are just who they are! They are such good examples to just live arnt they! Embracing the inner grom this year! That’s the goal ;) What do you want to gain this year?

For me- I’ve started working out and surfing a bit again!! And my personal goal and what Im excited about is restoring my muscles to where they use to be after having a baby. Would be fun to motivate each other! Tama and Ira actually made a goal to do 50 pop ups a day to help their surfing! Just goes to show it doesn’t matter what’s your age, we can be working on something 
If you know workout accounts or apps we can use for inspo, list them below! I’m on the home and stroller  program but the options can be endless for you! I think the trick to having success working out is liking it? If burpees make you want to vomit at the thought, then play frisbee or go for a walk with a friend or try a few different things until you find your vibe. If you can like what your doing, you will 100 billion percent be more likely to stick to it!  @acacia

I’m thinking the first week of the habit stacking challenge should be focused on ‘revamping morning routine’ (starts Monday) What do you think?
