#abs leg raises one of the best and must effective abs excercise and the hardest one to do gands down. If u wanna get them shredded  #sixpacks i highly advice u to start doing that excercise.

When ever u start bulking and ur #abs are not visible anymore and u lose the quad separation and triceps are not visible . just stop and do mini cut because ur gaining just fat tgats gonna be very hard to lose when u gonna start cutting. Thats why i love lean #bulking i have been bulking for 39days been gaining like 0.5lbs .

Doing some side raises for shoulders. I trully love this #excercise. So much and i habe been noticing alot of improvments on my side #delts

The left picture is when i have finished mt cut.  Made alot of mistakes and learned alot too. I dropped alot of weight in short period of time which result in some muscle loss too. And on the right is one month after staring to bulk up again . gonna keep bulking for 2 month more then ill do a 4weeks mini cut then ill see if I trully learned from my last cut ir not.
