We played with tempo rather than volume of reps. We tried to pace the total reps over a 45second time period every minute on part 1. Part 2... Well, fook me. Just figure it out and keep your form tight. ⁣⁣

@pumpfit_club was FULL last night so I took my workout outside on the street. ⁣

I left the audio on lol. Let’s just say I got it done and that’s all that matters. ⁣
⁣
I definitely peed a little bit during Jump Rope. Kept tripping on my own feet. Strangers screaming encouraging words... it was all happening but I still managed to sweat a whole bunch, laugh a lot, and get it done! ⁣
