I used to be a perfectionist but yoga and workout have taught me that I can't be perfect and I'm only able to make a little improvement everyday.

Recently not much update on IG post as I'm so busy and tired, although my job is the toughest which is taking care of the baby, haha!
But I'm still doing workout on the bed while baby is napping, and chasing after him when he is awake. Which mean I need to carry him more often to avoid him crawling to restricted area.
Guess what, I realised my back muscle is even more obvious now...lol

I think I'm really much fitter than me before getting pregnant.
Found this old photo in an old phone with the same tank top 5 years ago.
I don't really workout a lot that time, the most only do 1-2 minutes bridge stretching before I sleep. Furthermore it was not my 'fattest' period.
This is the real life difference between 30-45 minutes workout daily vs 1-2 minutes stretching occasionally, haha!
Who say our body can't be fitter after giving birth?

My all time favourite King Pigeon Pose step by step (from top to bottom).
These poses really help me a lot in preventing and reducing my backache especially after carrying baby the whole day.
It also stretches the spine when our sitting, standing and walking postures are not correct.
Sometimes I will skip the bottom two poses when I feel stiff and inflexible.
Definitely one of my must do stretching before sleep.

Following up with my previous post, I never know my butt is so saggy especially the first few months after delivery.
I started doing glutes workout since 2 months with only 5-10 mins a day by referring @wildsaturday.zoey exercise video with some modifications. But I choose alternate day or selectively workout as my knees can't take it.
It really did firm up and getting sexier now, haha!

Added coconut milk this time and it turns out so so well.
It is so soft and moisture yet with a taste of coconut smell.
Hubby said can compete with the Bengkawan Solo cake, haha!

My first trial DIY No Sugar Mini Cake for my officially 11 months old baby and it turns out well.
Baby Z is so supportive and eaten total 3 pcs during his breakfast.
I only use one egg and the black dot is actually nutella for me and my hubby to try.
It tastes really not bad though, haha!! .

Recipe 食谱:
Egg 鸡蛋 -- 1粒/pc
Milk 牛奶 -- 25ml
Vegetable Oil 食用油 -- 15ml
Cake flour 低筋面粉 -- 30g
Cornflour 玉米粉少许 -- (大概不到 less than 1g)

1. Preheat the oven to 150°C 预热烤炉150°C 
2. Separate egg yolk and wgg white 把蛋黄和蛋白分开。
3. Whisk the egg yolk with milk and oil, then add in cake flour(shifted) and mix well till smooth. (Don't whisk circle, using cross or Z method) 蛋黄加入牛奶和油拌均匀,然后再加过筛后的低筋面粉,以交叉或Z字搅拌到没有颗粒。(记得不要转圈圈,因为会起泡和起筋)
4. Beat the egg white until foamy then add a pinch of cornflour, continue whisk until stiff peak.把蛋白打至起小泡泡,加入少许玉米粉,再打至硬性发泡。
5. Separate the egg white batter to 3 and fold with the yolk-flour until incorporated, then pour into the baking tray (spray some oil on the tray first). 把蛋白分三次拌入之前的蛋黄糊,搅拌均匀后就可以倒入涂好油的烤盘里。
6. Put the baking tray in the oven and baked for 20 minutes. 把烤盘放进烤箱大约烤20分钟就好了。

No exercise photo today because I'm doing cake baking!
My first ever Fruits Naked Cake for my in law birthday!
Although the process wasn't smooth, the egg yolk broke, baby was whining, luckily I'm still able to finish it on time.
There are so many first time in this cake, from cake dividing, beat whipping cream, cake decor etc, it's fun but nervous too!
The centre of the cake is full of diced mangoes. I only managed to do the mango flowers and the rest of the decor is done by the kiddos at home. Not too bad right?

My favourite Pigeon Pose Variations video.
This is my usual practise for pigeon pose after doing warm up.
It's really a good stretch for the back and spine, prevent me from backache during pregnancy and postpartum. I ever once recovered from migraine when I was practicing, which stretches the point from the root of the headache.

Simple pose like this is very helpful to stretch the tight and back muscle.
