I don’t think I’ve ever really posted a full body stretching video before  it is soo soo sooo incredibly important to STRETCH  I really cannot stress that enough! Even on your OFF days, stretch-it-out. Your body will thank you in so many ways  .
Here is my full stretching routine that I do before, and after my workouts AND on my off days 🤗

1️⃣Upper Body Stretches: perform each for 20-30 sec
2️⃣Lower Body Stretches: perform each for 20-30 sec
3️⃣Mobility: Perform for 60 sec each side . @ashleigh_jordan

Different gets hate and also gets criticism! Remember the only person you need approving from, the only person that needs to love you just the way you are is YOU ANS ONLY YOU!
